Orders typically are shipped in 5-10 business days. However items that are custom created and can sometimes take longer. If you have a deadline for a gift please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. In general, we ship UPS or USPS.

RETURNS

Because items are custom, all sales are final. If there is a problem with your order, however, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

2. Requests for color changes can sometimes be accommodated but we can only replace colors as they appear and run through the pattern. Special requests are non-returnable.
